A built Apprentice Cooking Station is also required to complete the mission. You lose a buff and gain dark eyes, but otherwise it's fine. The mission will trigger on 20th of the month when the Mysterious Man arrives to Sandrock if the player has the blueprint for Apprentice Cooking Station unlocked. There's no Stamina Penalty for staying up late. The devs have devoted a lot of quality of life improvements over Portia. even if its not much is it still worth it or is it kinda more of the same? That said, if you do want to stock up on stamina food, then dried sandacuda is indeed the best option. And I dont even use any stamina food, I consider fishing a waste of my time.
